As an example of our services, each visit, we will:
- Empty trash from wastebaskets,
replacing can liners as necessary
- Dust all furniture, accessories,
ledges and other horizontal surfaces. Papers left on desks
or counters will not be disturbed
- Vacuum all open, carpeted areas
and traffic lanes.
- Spot clean carpet as necessary
- Spot clean all internal glass
windows
- Bathrooms will be cleaned and
disinfected with sanitizing solutions. Dispensers for hand
soap and paper products will be filled as necessary
- Walls will be spot cleaned to
remove any fingerprints, smudges or stains
- All bright work and light switches
will be wiped down and left in a uniformly bright, clean
condition
- All hard floor surfaces will be
swept or dust mopped and then wet mopped
- In any kitchen areas, sinks will
be cleaned, polished and disinfected. Microwave ovens
(inside and out) and refrigerators will be wiped down to
remove fingerprints and smudges
- The areas outside the main
entryway/reception area will be swept to remove any leaves
and debris

On a monthly basis, we will:
- Clean all interior glass windows
and partition glass
- Vacuum air vents
- Vacuum upholstered furniture
- Wipe down interior blinds.
